As a Property Manager for Nordblom Company, Kris and his team are responsible for managing over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate including both retail and office buildings at 3rd Ave and Northwest Park in Burlington, MA. Kris’s responsibilities include daily operations, tenant relations, annual budgeting, facilities/vendor/contractor management, capital improvements and project management. Kris began his career in property accounting in 2007 and then soon transitioned to management of retail shopping centers all over New England and down the east coast. Kris received his B.A. from Roger Williams University.
