In recent decades, we have acquired and transacted in excess of 10 million square feet totaling more than $1.5 billion in value. We are a General Partner/ Local Operator which provides investors with a full suite of development, asset and property management capabilities. Our team has experience with institutional-level reporting and complicated ownership structures.
