If you’re expecting just another barre workout, think again. Xtend Barre (www.xtendbarre.com) is Pilates and dance amplified. It brings in elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. We take pride in our clients’ sweat and guide them to jaw dropping results by doing everything we can to keep their bodies on point in the studio and beyond. Based out of Boca Raton, the Burlington studio will be the second to be established in Massachusetts, the first being on Newbury St. in Boston.

“From a young age, I knew I exhibited the entrepreneurial spirit all business owners speak of. Upon graduating college, I took the corporate route but always knew deep down my passion was to own my business one day,” said Christina Zichelle, Owner of Xtend Barre Burlington. “When I started taking barre classes, it changed my life from a physical and mental standpoint, it was the best exercise I had come across. I came across Xtend Barre after reading an article on the founder and creator, Andrea Rogers, and knew this was a business I had to be involved with. I decided to take a risk and leave my cushy corporate job before the age of 30 to follow my dreams. 3rd Ave is a great home for Xtend Barre and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this new barre concept to the community!”
