Vantage

Vantage represents Nordblom Company’s continued expansion of its residential platform in transit-connected suburban markets. Located at 110 Stergis Way on a 3.8-acre site in Dedham, the community introduces 154 rental residences within one of Greater Boston’s most established retail and employment corridors.

Positioned adjacent to the over 600,000 SF Legacy Place retail center, residents will be just steps to more than 75 retail, dining, and entertainment destinations, including Whole Foods. Direct sidewalk connectivity reinforces a true live-work-play environment in a leading suburban Boston setting.

The four-story community is organized around elevated resident amenities, including a fitness center, work-from-home lounge, sky lounge, and landscaped courtyard spaces. Direct views of Wigwam Pond and more than an acre of open greenspace anchor the experience.

Expected to deliver in Spring 2028, with pre-leasing anticipated in Winter 2027, Vantage reflects Nordblom’s long-term ownership approach focused on quality, placemaking, and environments designed to perform over time while contributing meaningful housing supply to the Dedham market.

129–131 Middlesex Turnpike

129–131 Middlesex Turnpike is part of Nordblom Company’s long-term evolution of Northwest Park district in Burlington. Located near the intersection of Route 3 and I-95 , and adjacent to Nordblom’s 3rd Ave development, the site consists of two obsolete 1970s-era office buildings that Nordblom plans to replace with a new luxury residential community.

The design proposes 188 units in a mid-rise building, replacing underutilized commercial space with walkable housing capacity. The project, the first to be approved in Burlington under the MBTA Communities zoning framework, advances the Town’s compliance with the Commonwealth’s requirements.

Part of a broader master plan that includes residential, retail, fitness, and modernized office uses, the development reinforces pedestrian connectivity between Middlesex Turnpike, Great Meadow Road, and the 3rd Ave/Northwest Park district. It reflects Nordblom’s generational stewardship and phased redevelopment strategy, reactivating commercial corridors and contributing to a more connected and resilient neighborhood.

83 Leo

83 Leo Birmingham Parkway reflects Nordblom Company’s commitment to repositioning underutilized urban sites into thoughtfully integrated residential environments. Formerly home to commercial broadcast facilities, the Brighton property is being redeveloped into approximately 333 multifamily residences. The mid-rise design engages both the Parkway and the surrounding neighborhood, and includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes.

Structured, below-grade parking preserves an active pedestrian edge along the Parkway. Landscaped courtyards, rooftop spaces, and sustainability features create an elevated resident experience.

Through careful infill development, 83 Leo contributes meaningful housing supply along the Charles River corridor, while strengthening neighborhood connectivity and the public realm.

1000 Washington Street

Formerly Teradyne’s world headquarters, this 11-story office building has been entirely repositioned as a multi-tenanted office property. Featuring a 310-car garage, 1000 Washington resides on two acres adjoining the Financial District and Back Bay. The property offers flexible 23,000 SF floors, a top-floor cafeteria and lower-level fitness center with locker rooms, plus 24/7 security personnel with key-card access. Entrance ramps to the Massachusetts Turnpike and the Southeast Expressway (I-93) are all a short distance away, while Logan International Airport is a seven-minute drive.

Blue Sky Center

Blue Sky Center, formerly known as Network Drive at Northwest Park, is the very essence of a forward-looking property. Featuring the latest technology and contemporary architecture, the campus is designed with an eye towards sustainability, efficiencies and expansion. Blue Sky Center is a distinctive world-class office park situated on an expansive 158-acre campus at the intersection of four major arteries. Built to institutional standards, the property features quality finishes with a robust infrastructure. The range of tenancies reflect its capabilities with the headquarters for software, life sciences, social networking and other technology.

Southline

In 2017, Nordblom purchased 135 Morrissey Boulevard (the former Boston Globe headquarters), a 695,000 SF building on 16.5 acres. Working closely with the neighbors and BPDA, Nordblom brought the vacant property ‘back to life’ as an urban innovation campus and new center for creativity, vibrancy, and ingenuity.

Nordblom rejuvenated and reconfigured the iconic building’s existing footprint, adding such amenities as a fitness center, shooting court, food hall and more.

60 Blanchard

In 2019, Nordblom Company purchased 60 Blanchard Road, a single-story 50,300 square-foot building with premium frontage along Route 128. Formerly home to DataCon, Nordblom redeveloped the building using its existing footprint, and repositioned it as a Life Science destination.

In summer 2021, Azzur Group—a leading solution provider dedicated to helping life science innovators start, scale and sustain their GxP organizations—occupied the entire space. With over 25,000 square feet of cGMP-compliant space and related services designed to accelerate early-phase manufacturing capabilities, 60 Blanchard Road serves as Azzur Group’s largest Cleanrooms on DemandTM facility.

25-27 Blue Sky Drive

In an effort to accommodate an influx of Life Science companies to Burlington and the surrounding area, Nordblom Company sought special permits to develop this previously untouched 9-acre into a state-of-the-art 270,000 square-foot lab, cGMP and office location.

Working alongside some of the top Life Science architects and engineers, Nordblom devised a three-story space, suitable for two tenants, which were occupied by Vericel and The Broad Institute.

Washington on the Square

This high-rise building, located at 1600 Beacon Street, involved the successful conversion of older apartments to modern condominiums. The scope of this opportunistic investment included the comprehensive redesign of the exterior entrance to contemporary interior finishes and amenities, attracting both Gen Y and professional medical clientele as buyers. Featuring a modern lobby with concierge, the property offers an exercise facility, laundry center, outdoor patio/cookout area, and a newly expanded garage.

The Tremont

Completing the mixed-use environment at Northwest Park, The Tremont is adjacent to 3rd Ave, where residents have access to over 20 restaurants and shops including Wegmans. The Tremont boasts unmatched luxury and amenities including a 4th floor indoor/outdoor Sky Lounge, outdoor pool with grilling patio, quiet courtyard with outdoor fire pit, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga room, and 5,500 SF club house including a community kitchen, tech lounge, and pool tables.
