Following an East Coast location search and a delayed lease signing, the Nordblom/Avid team implemented an accelerated schedule to complete the project in less than six months. The project included the installation of a new supplemental chilled water system with an associated 500-ton cooling plant, as well as an elevated pedestrian bridge connecting two existing office buildings. This transaction represented the largest suburban Boston office lease of 2009, and was recognized by the Massachusetts Commercial Brokerage Association, which also presented Nordblom Company with its prestigious Landlord of the Year award.
