As Assistant Vice President for Nordblom Company, Stephen is responsible for investment underwriting and partner reports. Stephen is also responsible for the financial analysis of potential real estate acquisitions. Stephen joined Nordblom Company in 2015. Prior to joining Nordblom, Stephen worked as an Associate Appraiser with Joseph J. Blake & Associates in Boston. Stephen has a BS in Economics-Finance from Bentley University. He is also a Licensed Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts.
