While some developments, especially those in residential neighborhoods, can be stalled or even scrapped altogether by the extensive permitting process, our team successfully obtained all the approvals necessary to construct Brookline's first major new luxury apartment property in several years. We accomplished this by designing a property that fits in its surrounding neighborhood, and meets all local zoning by-laws. The property's brick and masonry construction, decorative cornices and gentle set-backs give this modern property a classical feel. By working closely with the town and neighborhood groups, the permitting process for Marion Square went smoothly.
