Project:
The challenge with this property was to reposition a highly specialized surplus corporate asset to meet the current market demand for first-class space.  This was accomplished by selectively demolishing portions of the facility that could not be easily transformed into office space.  The demolition process was carefully executed to protect the remaining structures, which were subsequently redesigned into attractive and profitable office product.
