Nordblom was hired by Milton Academy to oversee capital projects at the school, including construction of two new residence halls and renovation of a classroom building, as well as art and science buildings.  Nordblom provided leadership throughout the project and brought cost-certainty and use-specific design to the process.  Additionally, Nordblom addressed the school's long-term vision and academic identity throughout the capital projects.
