Rodger P. Nordblom
Chairman

Rodger Nordblom has over 50 years of experience in the commercial real estate business specializing in commercial development, brokerage, and investment real estate counseling. Rod currently is the chairman of Nordblom Company, and a partner in our affiliated investment firm, Nordic Properties. Rod's many real estate accomplishments include the pioneering of development along Boston's circumferential highway, Route 128 in the 1960s. Rod has developed over 5 million square feet of real estate in the past 25 years.  Rod has served as a trustee or overseer for many organizations including WGBH, Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center, The Danielsen Institute at Boston University, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, and the Museum of Science. Rod is the Past National President, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Past National Director Chief Executives Organization and the Past President, Building Owners & Managers Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.



Peter C. Nordblom
President

Peter has been the president of Nordblom Company since 1992 . Under Peter's direction, Nordblom Company has evolved from a firm with a primary focus on development/investment into a full-service provider of real estate services. Peter is a partner in Nordic Properties, Nordblom Company's affiliated investment firm and a founding investor in the Northbridge Companies, a senior housing development and consulting firm.  Peter's experience covers all types of commercial real estate including office, industrial and multifamily, and includes over $500 million worth of real estate development. As Nordblom Company enters its eighth decade, Peter leads the firm by example, which is why characteristics such as flexibility, creativity, dedication and customer service define the firm today.



Richard P. Robinson, CCIM
Executive Vice President

Richard Robinson works to understand and evaluate the investor and corporate clients' needs, and helps to implement the best real estate solution. He seeks to develop relationships where clients can utilize the many capabilities of Nordblom Company. He is also responsible for the services offered by the Commercial and Multifamily Brokerage groups. Previously he was director of the Multifamily Investment Group at Nordblom Company and prior to that an industrial broker with Cushman and Wakefield.





R. Winder Nordblom, CPM
Executive Vice President

As Nordblom Company's Executive Vice President Win has a background in property management and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Win also currently focuses on Nordblom's multifamily property management work, and was instrumental in directing the development of Marion Square, Brookline's first major new luxury apartment property in a decade. Win is the President of Boston Metropolitan Chapter #4  of the Institute for Real Estate Management.







Jim O'Neill, SIOR
Vice President

Jim is experienced in representing corporate clients to acquire new space and dispose of old space. He represents landlords with their brokerage requirements. In the past few years Jim has negotiated over 500,000 SF of commercial and industrial transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients. Jim is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a prestigious nationwide organization of commercial brokers. Some recent clients include Castel, Inc., General Electric Financial Assurance and Carrier Corporation.





Michael J. O'Neill
Treasurer

Mike oversees the commercial and residential accounting services at Nordblom Company. With over six million square feet of property and hundreds of tenants under management, Mike's staff of accountants ensures that properties are being run profitably and efficiently. Mike is also responsible for the management information software that enables our accounting staff to generate professional reports and analyze financial data.







Anna Tustison
Marketing Manager

Anna manages all corporate marketing activities for Nordblom Company including direct mail, e-marketing, collateral development, newsletters, web-based initiatives and more.  In addition, she handles public relations and event planning for all divisions of Nordblom Company and its affiliates.  Anna has previous experience as marketing associate for commercial brokerage, is a graduate of Colgate University and is a member of the National Marketing Association as well as ULI Young Leaders.

Ogden Hunnewell
Co-founding Partner and President of Nordic Properties

Since Nordic's inception in 1994, Og has overseen the acquisition and/or development of over 6 million square feet of commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate throughout New England. With a particular focus on value-add and adaptive re-use work, the projects have tended to involve visible, complicated assets. Over that time period he has built Nordic into a major player in the Greater Boston real estate market. In addition to this real estate development work, Og has raised over $110 million of equity for these transactions in the past two years. His relationships with key financial institutions and lenders provide the resources to move projects along. Og currently serves as a director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Rogerson Communities, and NAIOP- Boston (National Assoc. of Industrial & Office Properties), as well as trustee at the New England Aquarium and Milton Academy. He is also past president of NAIOP- Boston and a former trustee of Chicago Dock & Canal Trust, a public REIT.



J. Daniel Bowen
Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets

As the Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets for Nordblom Company, Dan is responsible for managing Nordblom Company's debt portfolio, working with its joint-venture equity investors as well as identifying and acquiring investment real estate. Dan has 16 years of experience in finance and acquisition plus five years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. His most notable recent project was the $212M acquisition and financing of Network Drive at Northwest Park, in which he originated and closed the debt financing and equity joint venture. Dan was also instrumental in opening a new investment market, North Carolina, to Nordblom Company where it is growing a portfolio of stable and value added properties. Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a member of the National Association of Office & Industrial Properties and a member of the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Finance Association. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth.



Brendon McCarthy
Investment Analyst

As Investment Analyst, Brendon is responsible for conducting financial analyses, underwriting of investment properties and debt structuring, and conducting market research. Brendon has previous experience as a financial analyst for the multifamily brokerage affiliate of Nordblom, Apartment Realty Advisors, and is a graduate of Babson College. Brendon has passed Level III of the CFA Program.

Stephen Logan
Senior Vice President

Steve is the director of Nordblom's development group, and has been involved with the development of over 5 million square feet of real estate. Steve is experienced in every aspect of real estate development, including permitting, financing, construction management, and move-in coordination. Some of Steve's major projects include new construction projects such as 4 Batterymarch Park, a first-class, five-story office property in Quincy, Massachusetts; Marion Square, a 44-unit luxury apartment complex in Brookline, Massachusetts; and the complete reconstruction of a former optics manufacturing plant into Lexington Corporate Center, a first-class 300,000 SF office campus in Lexington, Massachusetts.



Todd Fremont-Smith
Senior Vice President of Development
and Director of Mixed-Use Projects

As Senior Vice President of Development and Director of Mixed-Use Projects for Nordblom Company, Todd oversees the permitting, development and leasing of commercial assets. Todd has developed property on behalf of corporate users and real estate investors, and has extensive experience investing in, and transforming, older, obsolete properties into successful second-generation assets.  Todd is currently master-planning the redevelopment of Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts; a 3.25 million square foot high-density mixed-use development located just off of Route 128 in suburban Boston.

Adele Olivier
Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial Property and Asset Management

As the director of Nordblom's commercial property and asset management division, Adele oversees the team responsible for the management of over 6 million square feet of downtown and suburban commercial real estate and has direct asset management responsibility of over 2 million square feet at Network Drive and Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts.  Adele is responsible for ensuring that the properties are managed in accordance with Nordblom's client's goals and objectives, and that tenants are treated professionally.  Adele's expertise includes commercial property management, asset management, lease negotiation, administration and budgeting.  Adele has over 20 years of commercial real estate property and asset management experience and received her MBA from Henley University in the UK.



Douglas Wynyard
Senior Vice President

Douglas markets commercial and industrial space on behalf of various landlords and investment groups, and is also experienced in representing corporations with their real estate. Douglas exclusively represents the leasing of 1.4 million SF at Northwest Park in Burlington.






John Filbin
Senior Vice President, Special Projects

With over 25 years of real estate experience, John has had a varied career including roles as Director of Property Management for a Multi-Family portfolio, Director of Commercial Leasing, and most recently as Director of Commercial Property Management for Nordblom Company.  John now works on special projects in asset and property management, and is the Sustainability Coordinator for the company.  John has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, received his MBA from Babson College, and is a BOMI instructor in Real Estate Investment and Finance.





Al McNiff, CPM
Vice President

Al is a seasoned manager with 27 years of experience in commercial, retail and residential real estate.  He currently manages the Great Point Investors portfolio of seven office buildings at Solomon Pond Park in Marlborough, Massachusetts, along with four other investor owned properties, in Norwood, Lowell and Framingham, Massachusetts.  In addition, Al provides real estate management consulting services to the Dial Corporation of Scottsdale, Arizona and RR Donnelly of Chicago, Illinois concerning their Massachusetts properties.  Al has earned an MA in City Planning from the University of Rhode Island and also holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.




Patrick DiGregorio
Vice President

Patrick has managed over 5 million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate, and is experienced in all aspects of property management from daily operations to long-term capital planning and budgeting. Patrick oversees our Boston operations headquartered at 50 Congress Street, a mid-rise office building of over 60 tenants located in Boston's Financial District at the foot of Post Office Square. In addition to property management services, Patrick also is responsible for lease negotiation and administration for this multi-tenanted property. Patrick's other managed properties include Hood Business Park, Charlestown and 1000 Washington Street, Boston.




Tim Rafferty
Assistant Property Manager

Tim is Assistant Property Manager for Nordblom Company at 50 Congress Street in Boston and has been with the company for almost 2 years. His primary responsibilities include oversight of Tenant and Capital Improvement projects, daily operations, fulfillment of tenant requests, oversight of vendors and contractors, and other management-related tasks. A graduate of University of Massachusetts at Boston, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business / Finance and Accounting. Tim is currently pursuing his MBA from UMass Amherst and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.




Bob Cummins
Assistant Vice President

Bob is responsible for all operations including budgeting and contracts, financial administration, management of tenant relations and value creation of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial space. Bob is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business / Finance and Accounting.






Kara Larmon
Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Management

As Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Management, Kara is part of the Northwest Park and Network Drive at Northwest Park management teams, working to foster top-quality tenant relations and park maintenance, as well as long-term capital planning and budgeting. Kara began her property management career at Nordblom Management Company as an Assistant Property Manager for the Boston office portfolio. In the 7 years since joining Nordblom, Kara has managed multiple properties, both Nordblom held and third party owned.





Kathy Duggan
Property Manager

Kathy is a property manager for Northwest Park in Burlington, MA.  Her primary responsibility is to manage the park's 1.4 million square feet including 42 office buildings and 55 corporate clients.  Kathy manages tenant and vendor relationships, capital improvements, and tenant improvement projects.  She also oversees contract management, budgeting and manages the Northwest Park maintenance team.  Kathy has been with Nordblom for over 6 years and was first assigned as property manager for Lakeside Office Park and various third party properties.  She holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI).




Patrick O'Neill
Property Manager

As a property manager for Nordblom Company, Patrick's primary responsibility is managing the 805,000 square feet of class A office space at Network Drive at Northwest Park, Nordblom's most recent acquisition and property management assignment.  Patrick's responsibilities at the 158-acre site include managing the facility, fulfilling tenant requests, overseeing maintenance mechanics, vendors and contractors, and other management-related tasks.  Patrick has been with Nordblom for 5 years and during this time has worked on a variety of management assignments including Lakeside Office Park, Solomon Pond Park, Newbury Park, Drum Hill Technology Park and Walnut Place.  Patrick received his BS in Psychology from Northeastern University and is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management.




Dustin Shea
Assistant Property Manager

As an Assistant Property Manager, Dustin is part of the management team for various properties including Solomon Pond Park, 55 Walkers Brook, Drum Hill Technology Park, 10 Presidential Way, Newbury Park and Shawmut Industrial Park.  Dustin has been with Nordblom for one year.  He received his BA from Wesleyan University and is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management.

Multifamily Management

Judy Stewart
Vice President

Judy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate including administration, leasing and management. She is the principal senior manager responsible for Nordblom's residential managed portfolio in excess of 500 units throughout Greater Boston including a recent 125 unit condominium conversion, Washington on the Square. Judy was a crucial member of the development team for this exciting property from the initial conversion to the last closings.  Working from our residential management office in Brookline, Judy is responsible for daily management responsibilities along with capital planning, financial budgeting, property maintenance and supervision of the complete office staff. Judy manages properties on behalf of private investors and provides regional supervision to properties located in North Carolina. She has been with Nordblom for over 10 years and was initially brought in upon the deregulation of rent control to bring the buildings up to present market conditions and to maintain and modernize the building conditions. She is additionally accountable for the everyday operation of a 104,000 square foot commercial office and retail building in Davis Square, Somerville. Judy is ARM® and CPMC® certified, Accredited Residential Manager and Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Gene Willette
Director of Facilities

Gene is the Director of Facilities for the Multifamily Management Group and has more than 20 years of experience in construction. He is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the State of Massachusetts. Gene is a strong negotiator with an exceptional knowledge of regulatory standards and building codes. His invaluable expertise over the last 14 years with Nordblom Company has been vital, including special capital projects and construction management. He is especially experienced with aged buildings that require extra care and attention to bring them in compliance with today's demanding standards. His most recent projects include: a 125-unit condo conversion where he acted as the General Contractor for this $45 million project; multimillion-dollar renovations of 1920s-constructed buildings in Brookline; development assistance and owner's representative for Marion Square apartments, and a construction management assignment on a 150-unit complex in Cambridge.



Beverly Person
Property Manager

Beverly joined Nordblom in 1996 as an assistant property manager with a strong administrative and legal background. She provides invaluable support and assistance in the daily operations of our office and is accountable for the administration of all aspects of a tenancy from processing lease packages and recording rental receipts to responding to all requests from residents. Beverly is often at the properties attending to the many details and functions that are required. Beverly is ARM® certified, Accredited Residential Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.





Maureen DiStasi
Property Administrator

Maureen has been with Nordblom for over a year and continues to be a great asset to our team. She came from a large property management company with several years of condominium management experience.  With her excellent organizational skills and friendly demeanor, she addresses all problems, concerns or issues in the most efficient manner.  She processes lease packages and lease renewals, collects monthly rent due and answers any questions that tenants may have and visits the properties to ensure all is operational at the property. She works well with contractors, brokers, residents or personnel and happily contributes wherever she is needed.




Brenda Brantley
Community Manager, Concord Apartments

Brenda has more than 10 years experience in property management in the Raleigh-Durham market, including leasing, marketing, new construction, and due diligences. She has worked at communities from 180 units to 356 units and has also traveled to the northeast and assisted communities in Massachusetts and New Jersey. Brenda is accountable for the 228 units at Concord Apartment Homes, and is responsible for the financial operating budget, capital improvements, and supervising the office and maintenance staff. She holds both the NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) and CAM designations through the NAA.




Diana Campoli
Community Manager, Cambridge Apartments

Diana has over 10 years experience in property management in the Raleigh, North Carolina market.  She joined Nordblom in 2005 with the acquisition of Cambridge Apartments and currently manages the 168 unit community.  Diana is responsible for the daily management, property maintenance, financial planning and staff supervision.  She has a strong customer service background and is excellent with collections.  Diana has obtained her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association.
